Work with me
Bring me the symptom. I’ll find the diagnosis.
I take on a small number of projects alongside nqrah, for teams in Egypt and the Gulf who care about trust, speed and getting Arabic right.

Work with me
What I build
Bilingual websites that bring in clients
Arabic and English sites built for trust and speed: right-to-left done properly, fast pages, lead flows that start where your clients already are, on WhatsApp, and a dashboard so your team can update the site itself.
See Nation EngineeringCommerce for cash-on-delivery markets
Stores and order flows designed around how Egypt and the Gulf actually pay: confirmation, deposits, shipping updates and the messages that keep refusals down.
See nqrahFull-stack products and MVPs
From idea to a working product: TypeScript, Node.js, Postgres and the cloud, with authentication, dashboards and the security you would expect from a SaaS.
See how this site is builtTechnical audits
An examination of your site or product for performance, accessibility, security headers and SEO, delivered as a prioritised treatment plan, not a pile of warnings.
See the standardsResearch and academic sites
Studies, posters and presentations turned into accessible, citable websites, with charts that have table alternatives and content that survives the symposium.

How a project runs
How a project runs
The same clinical method on every project, so you always know what happens next.
- 01
History
Listen first. Who is this for, and what have they already tried?
- 02
Examination
Audit the current site, the data and the funnel before proposing anything.
- 03
Diagnosis
Name the real problem in one sentence. It is rarely the one in the brief.
- 04
Treatment
Design and build, starting with the smallest dose that works.
- 05
Follow-up
Measure, improve and stay reachable after launch.
Ways to work together
- 01
Fixed-scope project
A defined website or product with a written scope, timeline and price, agreed before work starts.
Best for new sites and clear briefs.
- 02
Audit and treatment plan
I examine your site or product for performance, accessibility, security and conversion, then hand you a prioritised plan.
Best when something feels wrong but you’re not sure what.
- 03
Ongoing partner
A monthly block of hours for improvements, content and support after launch.
Best for teams who keep shipping.
Questions
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. Most of my client websites are for companies in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We work remotely, in Arabic or English.
How long does a website take?
It depends on scope. After a short discovery call I send a written proposal with a timeline before any work starts.
Who owns the code and the content?
You do. You get the repository, the hosting access and your data, with documentation so another developer could continue.
Can you write the Arabic copy too?
Yes. I write or edit Arabic and English copy so both read naturally, rather than translating one into the other word by word.
Do you offer support after launch?
Every project includes a follow-up period. For ongoing work, we can agree a monthly block of hours.
How many projects do you take?
Only a few at a time, because I am also building nqrah and finishing medical school. That keeps every project properly looked after.
